Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time and still receive service through the billing cycle.

Your membership will be billed monthly on a recurring basis until you decide to cancel it.

No, you can receive services without a membership.

Pick up Information

You can easily request a pickup time by clicking the “Schedule Now” button on our website.

No, you do not need to be home for a pickup.

Yes, you can reschedule by texting "RESCHEDULE" to 952-258-9551.

Yes, you can cancel a pickup by texting "CANCEL" to 952-258-9551.

You will receive a text notification after your item has been picked up.

You can choose between two pickup options: leave on your doorstep or handing them directly to our courier.

Yes, we offer in-transit tracking.

For memberships, there is a limit of up to 10 items. For pay as you go, there are additional fees for any extra items.

We welcome all online purchases and the majority of in-store transactions, provided the store does not mandate a physical credit card upon return, and you have retained the receipt. (We have a list of retailers that don't require a card present.)

Yes, you will receive a notification once your item has been returned, along with any necessary tracking information.

Our hours are Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

No, you don't need to pack up your items if they are in the original condition with packaging and tags to meet the store's return policy.

Yes, we only accept returns right now.

No, your refund will be processed by the retailer you purchased from.

We accept all online returns going to USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Amazon returns to Kohl's, Staples, Amazon Lockers, etc.

Target, Walmart, Lowes, Home Dept, Costco, Kohls, Sam’s Club, Old Navy, JC Penny.

Items must not exceed 36 inches in any direction and must weigh less than 50lbs.

Yes, we will cover any damages up to $500.
